Tourism brand celebrating Cumbria's landscape
The iconic folktales of the Wyverns that flew over the lands of Cumbria inspired the logomark. Using inspiration from curves and blocks from the Grotesk typefaces, I created this modern Wyvern symbol, which is a face for tourism in Cumbria.
Having a bold and natural identity for a county which is so heavily reliant on its own natural beauty, it only felt right to create an everlasting mark, mixed with a strong Grotesk typeface, it gives the design a handmade, warm approach.
